Friends

Friends are basically the same thing as a Bookmarked Empire, but you do not need a PLUS account.

To add a commander as a friend you need to go to their profile page which you can find by using the Empire Search button or by looking through the galaxies. Once you have found their profile page you need to click on the View Full link at the top right of their profile page or you can click on their picture. Once you have done one of those two options, you will be at their full profile page. On the bottom left of that page you will find the Add as Friend link.

Once you have added a commander as a friend and they have accepted you as a friend you will be able to click your Friends tab which is located by Mail and News. You can then get to their Profile Page instantly then without having to go through all of the Galaxies to find them.
